PAYMENT METHODS

• Visit any HBL (online) Branch near you.

• Deposit your money/cash favoring “WEBSOULS, HABIB BANK Ltd.,
  A/C No. 01950016783003, CAVALRY GROUND BRANCH,
  LAHORE (Code 0195)”

• Send email to accounts@futuresouls.com or banking@Websouls.comor fax to 042-6680 012 the following info:

1. Payer’s name and Websouls.com User ID (Pls. contact us if you haven’t got yet).
2. Date of Payment.
3. Amount paid.
4. Online Entry number (which you get from bank on deposit/Remittance Form).
5. Domain name, invoice #, purpose of payment.

IF we do not receive this email notification or fax, we cannot guarantee that your payment will be allocated correctly and your registration may be at risk. We’ll send confirmation email. If you don’t hear from us within 2 days, please contact us.

• Make your cheque payable to WebSouls and mark “A/C payee only”.
• Please write your Domain Name/Reference on the back of the cross cheque.
• Post your cheque to “WebSouls 14-Commercial, 2nd Floor, Cavalry Ground Lahore Cantt (Post code 54810), Tel# 042-6680013-14”

1. For Cheques of Lahore based banks, allow 3-4 working days for clearance after if it is received at Websouls.
2. For any other city’s cheque, add Rs. 200 to your payable amount to cater bank charges and allow up to 8 working days for clearance.
3. In case, cheque bounces back, a penalty of Rs. 500 will be charged.
4. A cross demand draft can be safer, quicker and less risky.

You can make payment by credit card through www.websouls.com by login information.
If you don’t know your login info for our website or you have lost your login info, please contact support@websouls.com immediately. It is secure and guaranteed to be safe. There is often a discount or great offers when you do it online.

Visit Websouls office from 0900 to 1730 hrs to swipe your card at our Merchant machine to make instantaneous payment. 3% card handling fee will be charged.

You can pay cash at Websouls office or a Reseller/Partner’s office. Don’t forget to get your receipt and ask other ways of payment.

Under special circumstances, we may accept other methods of payment like collection through courier, money order, Western Union etc. Please contact accounts@futuresouls.com if you need more info about this.

Please ensure that payment is received by WebSouls within due date, whatever method of payment you wish to choose.

Below is a brief checklist for your convenience:

*Cheques/drafts are made payable to WebSouls.

*You have written your Domain Name/purpose of payment on the back of your cheque.

*Rs 200 is added for cheque of any City other than Lahore .

*All relevant documents are duly addressed to “WebSouls 14-Commercial, 2nd Floor, Cavalry Ground Lahore cantt (Post code 54810), Tel# 042-6680 013-14”

*You have notified by Email respecting Amount, date, Entry# & domain Name, reference in case of online payment.
